Lj Nelson, Co-Founder/Operator

LJ Nelson, Co-Founder, is an accomplished entrepreneur with over 21 years of extensive experience in professional management, business leadership, and consulting, specializing in continuous improvement and productivity optimization. His keen ability to analyze complex problems and implement effective strategies has led to transformative results for numerous organizations across various industries.
 
Outside of his professional endeavors, LJ is a dedicated husband and a proud father of two, cherishing the moments spent with his family and actively participating in their lives. He finds joy in family outings, game nights, and fostering open communication with his children. As a brother and a friend, LJ is known for his reliability and genuine support, always ready to lend an ear or offer guidance. He believes in the power of connections, making an effort to maintain strong relationships with those around him. Through a combination of professional expertise and personal dedication, LJ strives to create a balanced and fulfilling life that empowers both his family and his community.

Jen Nelson, Co-Founder/Task Director

Jen Nelson, Co-Founder, possesses over 23 years of experience in education and has spent the past 10 years as an entrepreneur, specializing in business management and service delivery. Her commitment to excellence and passion for helping others has driven her success in both fields. As a devoted wife and mother of two, she prioritizes her family’s well-being and fosters a nurturing environment that encourages growth and development. Additionally, Jen is a caring sister and daughter, nurturing strong relationships with her loved ones. She actively engages with her community, seeking opportunities to give back and make a positive impact. Her family and friends hold a central place in her life, serving as her foundation of support and inspiration as she strives to achieve her personal and professional goals.

Calin Nelson, Task Manager

Calin Nelson, Task Manager, is a dedicated National Honor Society student who balances his academic commitments with part-time work, all while cherishing quality time with his family and close friends. Known for his kindness and helpfulness, Calin embraces opportunities for personal growth and seeks to experience the richness of life. He aspires to pursue a career in real estate development following his college education. Above all, he values his roles as a son, brother, and loyal friend.
